About Inaam Attar

Inaam Attar is a scriptwriter, filmmaker and editor. She holds a bachelor degree in audiovisual from Saint Joseph University (USJ) in Beiurt, Lebanon. She also received a master’s degree in film directing from Escola Superior de Cinema I Audiovisuals de Catalunya (ESCAC) in Barcelona, Spain. She participated in various workshops: film-making and script-writing with both home of Cine-Jam and Cinephilia Screenwriting Lab, and Acting for the Camera with Jerry Coyle at FAMU International Prague. Throughout her journey in film, she created 5 short movies. Her work has received the support of the Ministry of Culture in Lebanon. In her work, she is most inspired by the rawness of the human emotions that she aims to translate cinematically on screen. She has taken on projects from a wide range of industries: design, fashion, books, NGO’s and music… anything that makes her heart dance. She loves films, she also has an unconditional love for the moon, people’s faces and hot bread.
